Getting a DUI in Arizona

I just got pulled over...now what?!

#1 - Your license is suspended by ADOT for 90 days.

If you complete a DUI Screening, you can drive again after the first 30 days of suspension. The Screening must be completed with an approved DUI provider – that’s us!

#2 - You will have a court hearing.

At your hearing you will decide to plead guilty or not guilty. If you plead guilty, or are found guilty after a trial, you will need to complete either Level I or Level II DUI Education/Treatment. If you have completed a Screening already, that Screening will dictate which Level you must complete. If you have not completed a Screening, you will be court ordered to do so and complete the services mandated by the Screening.

#3 - Complete Level I or Level II Education/Treatment.

You must complete your Screening, Education/Treatment within the timeline the judge gives you. We will report everything to the court when you are finished. In addition, you may be required to complete MADD and/or other items. We can provide resources for you (see resources).

#4 - What ADOT will want....

After a DUI conviction, ADOT will want proof you have completed a Screening and the assigned treatments from that screening. Only approved DUI providers can provide them with that information. They will also have their own list of things you must do that can include SR22 insurance, an interlock system installed on your car, traffic school, and the like. These items are unique to each individual and ADOT will send you a letter with their requirements.

#5 - What we do and how we help.

We are THE go-to place to complete all of the above services. From the time you first call to the day we say “Yay! You’re done!”, we hold your hand and guide you through the whole process.

Can I use Insurance to pay for these services?

Unfortunately, most commercial insurance companies will not allow us to bill court ordered services.

Do you report to the court?

Yes, we report to all of your stakeholders (everyone who has a reason to push your buttons), such as court, ADOT, and probation.

Do I have to come to your location?

Short answer: No! We all work from home and will call you at your appointed time.

I am not very good on a computer, does that matter?

No. Our Learning Management System (LMS) is very user friendly and you can access it from a computer, laptop, note book, or smart phone. Easy Peasy.

Money is tight and Probation is on my a**.

No problem! We can figure out a payment arrangement and communicate with your PO.

I work during the day and am only free in the evenings.

Again, no problem! We all work from home and can book you an appointment that works with your schedule. We love having a time-out with our family to serve you.

Are you approved to provide DUI services in Arizona?

You betcha. Our approval number is DUI 0032 and we have been serving people since 2013. We are a mom and pop business whose only focus is serving you.

It is important to us that you only pay for services you really need. With us, there is no assumption that a DUI means you have a drug/alcohol problem. Using standard addiction measurements and thoughtful interviewing, we determine all service levels, whether DUI, probation, or work related.
